Bangkok Floating Market

Day 4

This morning we got up at 6am so we could go to the floating market before flying to Chang Mai. To get to the floating market you have to take a high speed Long tail boat, but you won't hear anyone call them that. These boats are called James Bond Boats, because of an appearence in "The Man With the Golden Gun".

While at the market we could have bought any of the same things avilable at any Thai market, but the food served directly from the boats was where it was at. On the boat the people will cook all sorts of food. We tried coconut pancakes which were awesome, and deep fried bananas.
